Like a Leaf upon a Stream -a
healing song improvised with voice and medieval fiddle
Just as the stream of Spirit moves us along in our lives, so too music flows through us during improvisation. Here is a glimpse of a recent early autumn afternoon musical encounter between old friends. As the vielle, or medieval fiddle provides the watery waves, I am able to lay my voice on top, floating along and creating unusual harmonies.
