MIND, BODY AND HEART CENTERS #1

Each of these centers relates to a dimension of creation. Used individually they are inefficient. Combined, with awareness to all of them, we step into our role as co-creators. The mind center is behind the bridge of the nose, not at but near the pituitary gland. The Body Center is two fingers above the navel, three if you are tall. Each center has a series of smaller and larger spheres of energy emanating from it. Be sure to go deeply enough inside of your physical body so that you are in the pranic tube when you connect with the core of each center.
